Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase order delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return or exchange is only eligible if the product is defective.
- Return or exchange is only eligible if you have received a wrong product.
- Return requests must be initiated within 4-7 days of delivery.
- Customers should ensure they keep the tags on items they're considering returning until they're certain they want to keep the product. If the tag is removed or lost, we may refuse to accept the return.
- COD charges will not be refunded for orders with the Cash on Delivery method.

Return Instructions
To return your product, you should ship back your product to:

In case of damaged or tampered packaging:
- The customer is required to reject the delivery. This is the only acceptable response we expect from the customer in such a case.
- If the delivery has still been accepted, we would require an unpacking video for the order or images of the packaging before and after unpacking it within 24-48 hours of delivery.
In case of cuts or holes in apparel products:
- Confirmation on the packaging being intact with a video/images of the intact packaging within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be credited, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-9 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over ₹10,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
